great base for exploring santee and beyond
I loved the easy access to santee lakes, perfect for a weekend stroll, and the nearby 24-hour donut shop made late-night snacks easy. This place really seemed like a great spot to kick back and explore the area.

The bed was amazingly comfortable and the room was very clean.
Really only 2 things we didn't like and that was no elevator, only stairs which are hard for us older folks and the automatic sensors in the bathroom sink area. You were blinded when you got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom.

It was quiet, clean, convenient location for us as we were visiting Santee, breakfast was very good and convenient, staff was friendly and helpful.
A couple of times the cleaning staff took used towels and didn't leave clean ones.

Great spot for a family stay!
The front desk staff was super friendly and. Loved that they were cool with our little ESA pup. The donut shop next door was a perfect snack stop. Only thing was the breakfast could've used some more variety, like some bacon maybe?

Room was clean and well maintained. Everything worked. Easy location to get to and close to most shopping you would want to go to. Staff very polite and helpful. Quiet location.
Could have a variety of menus for breakfast. We stayed for 5 days and over a weekend and the menu did not change.

Nothing was really pleasurable
The staff that worked when I checked out were very rude. He wouldn't talk to me and just told me that my deposit wasn't going to be redunded.

Had an epic meal at The Sandwich Bags, just a quick stroll from the hotel-perfect for late-night cravings! Oh, and Mo at the front desk? Legends don't get better than him. Plus, zero carpeting in the room.
